We’re excited to welcome you to Riverview Apartments. We’re certain you’re going to love the newly renovated interiors and the spruced up exteriors. To get you started, here are some FAQs and pointers on our leasing process.

Do you have laundry onsite?

We are remodeling all of our laundry rooms and will be complete late summer 2020.

Where do I park?

We have ample parking available on a first come, first serve basis outside of every building.

How much is rent?

As you probably know, the market fluctuates often. To see our current rent rates, please visit Floor Plans.

Do you require insurance?

Good question! We require liability insurance, but you are free to bring your own policy! Please contact our staff for more details.

What is the application process?

Simple! To get started, just visit our office for a tour of the community and our friendly and professional staff will guide you through the process.

If you’re ready to get the ball rolling, just click on Apply Now and complete the application online! We usually get screening results back in within 24 hours. Once your application is approved, simply pay the holding fee/security deposit, review the lease with our staff, and sign the lease online!

What is your screening criteria? (rental qualifications)

Wondering if you qualify before starting the process? Here is what we look for on all applications:

  1. A credit score of 620 or better.
  2. Monthly income that is 3x or more than the rental rate.
  3. A good rental reference. Sorry, no evictions or balances due to another community/rental housing owner.
  4. We will perform a criminal background check.
  5. A social security card and government issued photo ID.
